Mais avec la mont\u00e9e en puissance de ces technologies vient une responsabilit\u00e9 : <strong>respecter la r\u00e9glementation<\/strong>, notamment le <strong>RGPD<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Alors, <strong>comment choisir une solution d\u2019IA RH qui respecte r\u00e9ellement vos obligations en mati\u00e8re de donn\u00e9es personnelles<\/strong> ? Voici les <strong>cl\u00e9s essentielles \u00e0 conna\u00eetre avant de vous engager<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udccc 1. V\u00e9rifiez la nature des donn\u00e9es trait\u00e9es<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Toutes les solutions IA ne se valent pas. Avant toute chose, identifiez clairement :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quelles donn\u00e9es l\u2019outil collecte (CV, messages, informations contractuelles\u2026) ?<\/li>\n<li>Ces donn\u00e9es sont-elles <strong>personnelles<\/strong>, <strong>sensibles<\/strong>, ou <strong>indirectement identifiantes<\/strong> ?<\/li>\n<li>O\u00f9 ces donn\u00e9es sont-elles stock\u00e9es ? (France, UE, hors UE ?)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 Une IA RH conforme doit <strong>minimiser les donn\u00e9es<\/strong> collect\u00e9es et traiter uniquement celles n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 sa mission.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udee0\ufe0f 2. Demandez des garanties sur l\u2019explicabilit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le RGPD insiste sur la <strong>transparence<\/strong> et le <strong>droit \u00e0 la compr\u00e9hension<\/strong> des traitements automatis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Si l\u2019IA prend des d\u00e9cisions ou influence des d\u00e9cisions (ex. : tri des CV), vous devez pouvoir expliquer :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comment elle fonctionne ?<\/li>\n<li>Sur quels crit\u00e8res elle se base ?<\/li>\n<li>Quels sont les risques de biais ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 Une IA conforme vous permet d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 une <strong>documentation claire<\/strong>, des <strong>rapports d\u2019explicabilit\u00e9<\/strong>, et id\u00e9alement des <strong>m\u00e9canismes d\u2019audit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udcc2 4.
